About Kids’ Dreams & Our History

In 2007, Palm Beach residents Patricia and Alan Lebow established a fund to send children to summer camp. Recognizing the good work of this fund, over 400 donors have made contributions to support programs for children, giving birth to the Kids’ Dreams nonprofit organization that exists today.

The all-volunteer team at Kids’ Dreams provides academic and cultural opportunities to Palm Beach County school students. Through carefully selected partnerships in the community, Kids’ Dreams is able to direct its contributions to make Kids’ Dreams come true.

Ten college graduates who received Kids’ Dreams scholarships have continued their education to receive graduate degrees including those now practicing law and medicine. In addition, 24 of Kids’ Dreams scholarship winners have graduated college with another 35 students currently in college studying to receive their four-year degrees.

In addition to these select students in our scholarship program, hundreds of students have participated in other Kids’ Dreams programs.
